Cuevas del Drach and Cuevas dels Hams
Of all the nature-based activities in Mallorca, a visit to the Cuevas del Drach and Cuevas dels Hams is definitely one not to be missed. The Cuevas del Drach are located in Porto Cristo and are home to a lake that will whisk you off to another world, as will the incredible stone formations, a magnificent light show, a boat ride and even a classical music concert.
And very close by are the Cuevas dels Hams. This wonderful underground space is divided into several smaller caves, known as the Cueva Azul, where you’ll learn about the island’s past with a fascinating audiovisual time lapse; the Cueva Clásica, home to quirky rock formations and stunning underground lakes, as well as the Magical Mozart show, a tribute to the composer; and the Cueva Redonda, which features a botanical garden.
