Cala Mondragó
One of the best coves and beaches in Mallorca is Cala Mondragó, situated 10 kilometres from the town of Santanyí on the south-east coast of Mallorca. It is located within the Mondragó Natural Park, something which has allowed it to remain a virgin beach – even though it is very busy during the summer months – surrounded by a stunning natural landscape of pine trees and steep rocks. Of course, the beach holds a blue flag and is easily accessible from the car parks.
Thanks to the crystal-clear shallow water, one of the best activities here is snorkelling. Don’t forget your mask and snorkel!
After a day at the beach, don’t miss the opportunity to visit Santanyí, a small authentic fishing town that retains its original charm.
